Practical information

Privacy Policy

A clear explanation of inquiries, website information and privacy choices.

Scope and contact

This policy concerns the Inferra informational website and general inquiries to Inferra LLC. It is not a notice describing the handling of clinical records or a promise that an ordinary email channel is suitable for medical information. Contact support@inferra.us with a website privacy question. Do not include medical records, identity documents or passwords in that message.

Information you choose to share

Calling or emailing uses a separate telephone or email service. Your inquiry may include your name, reply address, telephone number and the message you choose to send. Keep it to general questions or scheduling. Please do not send symptoms, diagnoses, medical history, payment details or photographs through these channels. A response to an inquiry does not itself establish a care relationship.

Online inquiry forms

The consultation request form collects your name, US phone number, email address, topic of interest and optional scheduling message. A consultation format is requested only where available for the selected topic. Your submission is stored in a restricted website inquiry system, and a copy of these fields, including your message, is emailed to support@inferra.us so the team can respond. Attachments are not accepted. Do not include symptoms, diagnoses, medical history, payment details, photographs or passwords. Sending an inquiry does not confirm an appointment or establish a care relationship.

Technical information and cookies

Loading a page necessarily sends connection information, such as a network address, requested page and browser information, to the server. Error diagnostics may contain technical request details needed to investigate a problem. The website uses first-party cookies for session and account functions, including administrator sign-in. Blocking those cookies may prevent sign-in. The current site does not include advertising pixels or third-party analytics. Your browser controls allow you to inspect, remove or block cookies.

Purpose and recipients

We use general inquiries to understand your question and respond through the contact details you provide. Designated Inferra staff and the providers needed to operate website hosting and email may process this information. The website and notification mailbox use Namecheap hosting and email services. Notification emails contain the contact details, topic, format and message submitted through the form. Telephone and email services also process direct communications through their own systems. Inquiry information is not used for advertising.

Retention and removal

Website inquiry records become due for removal 30 days after closure, and body-free technical event logs become due after 14 days. Open inquiries are flagged for operator review every 14 days. Notification emails and hosting backups have separate storage and removal processes: deleting a website record does not automatically remove an email copy or a backup. Ask support@inferra.us about access, correction or removal of a general inquiry. We may need to verify the request and consider any applicable retention obligation.

Security and sensitive information

No website or communication method can promise absolute confidentiality or security. Use only a separately arranged appropriate channel if personal health information is needed for care. The medical subject matter of this website does not establish HIPAA coverage, certify HIPAA compliance or make ordinary email a protected clinical portal.

Changes and questions

Privacy information should reflect the features actually available. Any material change involving online collection, tracking or new recipients requires an updated explanation before that activity begins. For questions about this website, contact Inferra using the details below.
