Our approach
We aim to make Inferra usable by people with different access needs. WCAG 2.2 Level AA is a reference for our design and testing work. This statement does not claim that every page or interaction fully conforms to that standard.
Features for reading and navigation
The website includes a skip-to-content link, heading structure, labeled navigation, visible keyboard focus and controls that can be operated without a mouse. Layouts adapt to smaller screens, text can wrap and interactive menus expose their expanded state. Decorative images use empty alternative text so that they do not interrupt reading. Motion is reduced when the browser reports a reduced-motion preference.
Using the website
Use Tab and Shift+Tab to move between links and controls, and Enter or Space to operate disclosure buttons. Escape closes the Services menu. On a small screen, open the main navigation before expanding Services. You can use your browser's zoom and text settings to adjust reading size.
Testing and limitations
Checks include keyboard navigation and responsive layouts in a Chromium-based browser. That does not cover every browser, assistive technology or combination of settings. We have not completed a comprehensive independent accessibility audit. If a page or control creates a barrier, please tell us which part did not work and which browser or assistive technology you used, if you are comfortable sharing that information.
Report a barrier
Email support@inferra.us or call +1 (434) 204-4434. Include the page address, the task you were trying to complete and the difficulty encountered. Please do not include medical information or passwords. You may also ask for the information in another usable format; we can discuss an appropriate way to help.
